Job summary

Reed Smith is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the Insurance Recovery group and other firmwide marketing initiatives. You will coordinate client/prospect research, bio updates, graphics requests, pitches, events, social media, and internal communications.

You will interact with attorneys and help lead shared projects, including newsletters and awards submissions. The role involves editing collateral, coordinating webinars, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with strategy

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a professional services marketing role is desirable.
• Strong writing ability and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Insurance Recovery Group Business Development Managers on business development projects.
• Coordinate pitch materials, presentations and RFP responses; assist with material preparation.
