Job summary

Reed Smith’s Insurance Recovery team in Dallas is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support marketing administration, coordinate client/prospect research, bios, and graphics, and assist with pitches, events, webinars, newsletters, and social media promotion. The role partners with group leaders and attorneys to maintain relationships and day-to-day collaboration.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers in projects related to marketing and the Insurance Recovery practice group.
• Coordinate pitch materials, presentations and responses to RFPs; assist in preparing and editing materials.
• Interact with attorneys and group leaders to maintain relationships and day-to-day collaboration.
• Edit marketing collateral, bios, and website/intranet updates; post updates as required.
• Coordinate Insurance Recovery Group webinars, including scheduling, invitations, and promotion.
• Assist with industry surveys, awards submissions, and maintaining practice group accolades.
• Coordinate sponsorships, conferences, and external activities when needed.
• Assist in planning client seminars and events, including invitations and logistics.
• Maintain attorney experience data and CRM records, and support intranet sites.
• Draft and circulate meeting agendas and summaries for strategy meetings.
• Travel for meetings and trainings as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
