Job summary

Reed Smith LLP seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support the Insurance Recovery group and related practice teams with marketing, research, bios, and graphic design tasks. You will assist pitches, events, webinars, client alerts, and social media content while coordinating internal newsletters and awards submissions.

You will collaborate with firm attorneys and BD managers, manage materials, and help plan client seminars and conferences.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is required.
• Experience in a professional services marketing role is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Insurance Recovery Group in marketing and BD efforts across practice teams.
• Coordinate pitches, proposals, events, webinars and social media promotions.
• Edit marketing collateral and attorney bios for print, website and intranet.
• Manage CRM data, experience databases and internal newsletters.
