Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking an Insurance Recovery Analyst to support the firm's insurance recovery team. The role involves research, document management, and trial support across multiple offices with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Ideal candidates have a BA, 2+ years in a law firm or insurance setting, strong Excel and data skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel is a must.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis, Westlaw Courtlink, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct historical corporate research and data analysis.
• Prepare high-level summaries and comprehensive reports.
• Review client documents for privilege and responsiveness.
• Coordinate litigation support needs and maintain case files.
• Organize trial exhibits and assist with demonstratives and presentations.
