Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking an Insurance Recovery Analyst to support the firm's insurance recovery team within the litigation practice. The role involves research, policy analysis, document and case management, and trial support across multiple offices with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience (preferably in a law firm), and strong proficiency in Excel, LexisNexis, Westlaw Courtlink, SharePoint, JIRA, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting, or equivalent.
• Experience in the insurance industry (insurance brokerage, third party administrator, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel expertise is a must.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis and Westlaw Courtlink as well as SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and policy analysis including intricate historical corporate research and high-level summaries.
• Document and case management: review client documents, coordinate litigation support, maintain case files, prepare tracking spreadsheets and indexes.
• Trial, mediation, and settlement support: organize exhibits, prep demonstratives and presentation decks.
• Editorial and research support: maintain insurance regulations database and perform complex online research.
