Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking an Insurance Recovery Analyst to support the firm’s insurance recovery team within the litigation practice group. This role involves file maintenance, data analysis, and preparation of reports, reporting to the Manager of Legal Practice Support.

This position can be resident in Hartford, CT; Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise required.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis, Westlaw Courtlink, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intricate historical corporate research.
• Assist with complex data and document analysis.
• Prepare high-level summaries and comprehensive reports.
• Assist with insurance policy and coverage program analysis.
• Review client documents for privilege and responsiveness.
• Coordinate litigation support needs and maintain case files.
• Prepare tracking spreadsheets and indexes.
• Prepare correspondence, billing and responses.
• Organize trial exhibits and assist with demonstratives.
