Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking an Insurance Recovery Analyst to support the firm’s litigation practice. The role reports to the Manager of Legal Practice Support and involves general file maintenance, policy and data analysis, and preparation of high-level summaries for insurance recovery projects.

The candidate should have a BA and at least two years in a law firm setting, with strong Excel skills and experience in research tools like LexisNexis or Westlaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with LexisNexis/Westlaw a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and policy analysis; conduct historical corporate research.
• Assist with data and document analysis; prepare summaries and reports.
• Manage client documents for privilege and responsiveness; coordinate litigation support.
• Organize case files and maintain tracking spreadsheets and trial exhibits.
