As a Protégé Agent, you will develop sales skills, obtain licenses with Farmers support, and work toward becoming an independent Farmers Insurance Agency Owner. The role offers a structured path, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic insurance practice.

Qualifications

• State insurance license required (Farmers provides support).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Develop a book of business by actively prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building relationships within the community.
• Insurance Solutions: Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
• Training & Mentorship: Participate in a comprehensive training program and receive one-on-one mentorship from an experienced Farmers Insurance Agent.
• Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Agency Operations: Assist in daily agency operations, including policy servicing, quoting, and customer inquiries.
