Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Senior Strategy Leader in Phoenix, AZ to define and drive strategic initiatives across the enterprise. You will manage corporate strategy, coordinate with leadership, and guide long-term growth and profitability initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in strategy, marketing, market research, finance, and analytics, with strong managerial leadership to develop talent and align teams around Paychex’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Master's Degree required.
10+ years in strategy, marketing/business development, market research, finance, analytics, and pricing.
4+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and lead strategic initiatives to create long-term growth/value.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic/tactical plan for business development, income generation, and awareness.
Analyze industry trends, threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance to position the company.
Define clear messages linking corporate and product strategy.
Recruit, hire, and develop staff; manage performance and growth.
Prepare budgets and analyze interdepartmental reports to meet revenue targets and ROI.
