Job summary

Paychex is seeking a senior product marketing leader to own the commercial strategy across multiple product sets. You will define ICPs, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans, translating market signals into evidence-based recommendations that shape the product roadmap.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Enablement to drive launches, adoption, and revenue growth, building a high-performing team of directors and PMMs while establishing governance and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product marketing, product management, or commercial strategy in a B2B technology, SaaS, or business services environment.
• 5 years leading a product marketing team with accountability for hiring and developing the function.
• 3+ years direct ownership of pricing, packaging, or monetization with revenue/margin accountability.
• 3+ years influencing product roadmap decisions through market, buyer, and competitive evidence in a matrixed organization.
• 3+ years in HCM, payroll, HR technology, benefits, insurance, or financial services serving SMBs.

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence and roadmap partnership. Own continuous sensing of the HCM market and bring evidence-based views to roadmaps.
• ICP, buyer insight. Define and publish ICP, personas, buying committee, and journey maps.
• Pricing, packaging, and bundling strategy. Own monetization strategy and pricing governance.
