Responsibilities

• Elicit, clarify, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications.
• Create business requirements documentation, architecture diagrams, data workflows, and supporting materials.
• Facilitate requirements conversations with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Document solution details: business rules, data definitions, XML/JSON structures, processes, interfaces.
• Develop workflow diagrams and support go-to-market readiness.
