Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–7+ years of business analysis experience. Product Management, IT, analytics, or system integration exposure.
• Ability to analyze problems, clarify ambiguity, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business partners and technical teams to define, validate, document, and execute product delivery.
• Manage large-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Support development, QA, customer testing, production readiness and implementation.
