Job summary

A bachelor’s degree and up to two years of experience are preferred; strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Word are expected. This is a full-time position with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of experience in insurance forms development preferred.
• Ability to conceptualize and create insurance forms and endorsements.
• Ability to interpret state laws and regulations as applicable to the insurance policy life cycle.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal ability.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Technically proficient in all standard business software applications including Excel and Word; US Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Form development of new or revised insurance products and programs; drafting related documents.
• Develop policy forms to convey underwriting intent and market competitiveness.
• Identify and confirm regulatory compliance.
• Prepare documentation for filings and State Department of Insurance requests.
• Assist and proactively share knowledge with colleagues.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
