Clearcover, the Future of Car Insurance powered by you, is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst to support performance, pricing, and regulatory filings for personal auto across states. You will file rate and form changes, monitor state profitability, and collaborate with actuarial pricing, Growth, Claims, and Legal.

Excellent Excel and data skills are required. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, regulator interactions, and building scalable processes with AI-enabled insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and experience.
• 2+ years in insurance, analytics, product, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data-reading/sanity-checking skills.
• Knowledge of insurance data and metrics (loss ratio, rate changes, etc.).
• Excellent problem solving, organization, and communication abilities.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis is required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, submit, and track rate, rule, and policy form filings in SERFF and respond to regulator objections.
• Monitor profitability and performance by state; report monthly with clear commentary.
• Investigate performance questions end to end using data and analysis.
• Monitor competitor rates and filings; translate findings into pricing decisions.
• Support policy forms program; maintain forms by state and align dates with launches.
• Build templates and processes to improve efficiency across Insurance Product.
• Review analytical outputs and explain results to non-technical audiences.
• Maintain project tracking across multiple moving parts and keep leadership informed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product Tech, Claims, Legal, Compliance.
• Document processes to scale the Insurance Product team; use AI judiciously.
