Horace Mann seeks motivated individuals to join as Exclusive Agents in Indiana. Drive your own agency with a comprehensive product portfolio, premium incentives, and dedicated client service support to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security.

You will build relationships, present products to groups and individuals, and grow your network through events and community engagement, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a niche market.

• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
