Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking Exclusive Agents in Indiana to build and manage your own agency. This 1099, commission-based role offers an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly production rewards, along with dedicated Premier Service Representative support.

You will help educators access affordable insurance solutions while developing relationships, presenting products, and expanding your network through community events and referrals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State General Lines).
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
