Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to build and lead an agency within a defined territory. You will work with educators and other clients to offer a comprehensive suite of insurance and financial products.

You will benefit from a dedicated service representative, cutting-edge technology, and ongoing training to grow your business and client network. Initial incentives and production programs support early success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance or financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency


• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
