Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking Exclusive Insurance Agents to build and manage their own agency within a protected territory. You will leverage cutting-edge technology, a comprehensive multiline product portfolio, and support from a dedicated service representative to serve educators and groups.

With 2–5 years of insurance experience and required life/health and P/C licenses, you can grow your business with performance incentives and a robust 48-month incentive program.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
• Desire to build and manage your own agency with strong networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build exclusive territory opportunities for educators.
• Present products to groups and individuals to drive adoption.
• Develop and manage your agency with minimal office requirements.
• Engage in networking, community, and industry events to grow the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
