Job summary

Republic Indemnity Company of America is seeking a Business Process Analyst to map underwriting and operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop process improvement recommendations. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Generally, a minimum of 3 years of Business Process improvement experience; Insurance experience preferred.
• Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional process improvement designation (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessments of existing business processes and interdependences with policies and procedures.
• Assists with developing new processes to meet business objectives.
• Uses data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to develop actionable improvement plans.
• Leverages system functionality to support business objectives and ERP/BI tooling.
• Establishes KPIs to measure process effectiveness and tracks progress.
• Supports change management and training during process transitions.
