Job summary

Suburban MD Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced insurance producer who wants to focus on writing new business while a dedicated service team handles policy servicing. You’ll benefit from marketing support, paid leads, and a strong emphasis on selling while maintaining relationships with clients.

Previous Allstate experience is strongly preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged as the agency grows its Spanish-speaking client base.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Experience handling inbound leads and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Motorcycle, Umbrella and other personal lines products.
• Handle inbound leads and follow up on agency-generated opportunities.
• Build referral relationships and cross-sell existing customers.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals.
• Make sales and close business.
