Job summary

Freeway Auto Insurance is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing clients. You will solicit new business, grow relationships, and manage deposits and records with our agency system.

The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, a HS diploma or GED, and may hold a Personal Lines or P&C license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Join a team focused on advancement and a strong commission structure.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; builds and leverages client relationships and educates customers on products that fit their needs
