Job summary

Elite Insurance Group is seeking a licensed, results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business and advise clients across personal and/or commercial insurance lines. This remote, contractor role requires building a self-generated pipeline, leveraging referrals and networking, and achieving a monthly written premium target of $40,000 or more.

Ideal candidates will have a Minnesota property & casualty license, 4+ years of insurance sales experience, and be bilingual in Spanish

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license required at time of application.
• Minimum of 4 years of insurance sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.
• Independent agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline of prospective clients.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold outreach, community involvement, strategic partnerships, and existing relationships.
• Leverage an existing book of business or professional network when applicable.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close personal and/or commercial insurance policies.
• Explain coverage options, exclusions, pricing, and policy terms.
• Work toward monthly written premium and production goals.
• Ask clients for referrals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
