The Cincinnati Insurance Companies’ Life Premium Accounting department seeks a supervisor to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals while overseeing daily premium accounting operations for accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience in accounting operations, preferably in premium or insurance accounting.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Excel reporting and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to team members to achieve goals.
• Train, develop and mentor associates while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and quality standards to ensure timely results.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback for professional growth.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Resolve complex issues and escalate as needed with leadership.

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze operational data and reporting to support business decisions and department initiatives.
