Qualifications

• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in billing, remittance, accounting, or insurance operations.
• High school diploma required; BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
• Train, develop and mentor associates while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and quality standards to ensure accurate and timely results.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to support professional growth.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Resolve complex issues and escalations while partnering with leadership on appropriate solutions.
• Communicate department objectives, progress and results to management.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Analyze operational data and reporting to support business decisions and department initiatives.
• Use Microsoft Excel to develop reports, track metrics, analyze trends and improve workflow visibility.
