• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of professional experience in public or business administration, political science, statistics, policy analysis, economics, or a related field.
• Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE
• Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Professional experience in public or business administration, political science, statistics, policy analysis, economics, or a related field will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and analyzes policy forms and rating/rules requiring resolution.
• Interprets policies, procedures and regulations; identifies changes needed to program regulations as the result of changes in state statutes.
• Coordinates the work of professional staff in carrying out the functions of the Property and Casualty Division.
• Coordinates the research and evaluates regulatory requirements of specific filing procedures and implications on Division workflow.
