The role emphasizes executive communication, delivery leadership, and strategic roadmaps, with up to 50% travel and a focus on policy administration platforms like FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, or OIPA to modernize client capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Coordinate multi‑vendor and client teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Apply Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and release management practices as needed.
• Mentor consulting teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support business development and solution shaping for account growth.
