Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, partnering with multidisciplinary teams across vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
Eight+ years of experience in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multi-vendor delivery.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
Coordinate cross-functional client, EY, vendor, SI, and third-party teams to maintain alignment.
Apply Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and release management practices based on engagement needs.
Provide strategic delivery roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
Drive business development and solution shaping to grow EY BTG capabilities.
