Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Smart Apps Platform Architect to define and lead the architecture strategy for Assure Smart Apps across the ServiceNow ecosystem and the broader DXC Assure Platform.

This role focuses on scalable, secure, and reusable solutions within a modern insurance technology landscape. You will partner with product leaders, engineering teams, and executives to shape platform strategy, drive modernization, and deliver innovative insurance platform

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
Proven experience governing enterprise-scale SaaS and platform-based solutions.
Strong expertise in cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end architecture strategy for Assure Smart Apps and related insurance platform capabilities.
Develop reusable architecture patterns and reference architectures; champion API-first and event-driven approaches.
Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and technology decisions; identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Define secure integration patterns across policy administration, billing, claims, and customer platforms.
Evaluate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow capabilities; drive adoption with governed standards.
Mentor architects and engineers; build alignment across distributed teams and stakeholders.
