Responsibilities

• Provides support for all operations within Insurance Operations and Underwriting Departments as needed.
• Verifies data through internal and external systems to ensure accurate policy information.
• Compiles data to support departments in eliminating policy errors.
• Notifies Agencies of policy changes or errors.
• Reviews new business applications for accuracy and communicates issues to Underwriting staff.
• Processes endorsements within required time frame.
• Performs other activities and special projects as required.
