Job summary

Sentry is seeking an Operations Technician Senior to support commercial lines operations and underwriting processes, handling policy transactions and ensuring documentation per regulatory and company standards.

The role involves data gathering, policy documentation, and coordination with underwriting, sales producers, and agents, with hybrid work flexibility across Stevens Point, WI; Davenport, IA; or Edwardsville, IL offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial lines insurance operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with others and work in a team environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet service standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external information requests, explaining plan details and processing requirements.
• Document and maintain customer policy information; gather data from sources and ensure accuracy.
• Process and release policy documents to customers and authorized parties; log activities in internal systems.
• Provide operations support, including processing of new and renewal transactions and policy updates.
• Provide general administrative support, participate in process improvement projects and quality audits.
