Responsibilities

• Process insurance policy and loan servicing tasks per SOPs and controls.
• Verify and enter policy/loan data into systems of record and trackers.
• Review documents to ensure accuracy before entry.
• Communicate status updates using approved templates; escalate complex requests.
• Perform database searches and flag mismatches or missing data.
• Maintain task logs and files for audit readiness.
• Process work queues including updates, verification, and basic exceptions.
