Responsibilities

• Coverage Compliance & Maintenance: review insurance certificates and payments to update systems; identify lapses and remediate cancellations.
• Escrow & Financial Processing: perform escrow reviews, manage premium invoices and reimbursements, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Portfolio & Securitization Monitoring: track securitization workflows and maintain up-to-date records across systems.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: manage group mail, communicate insurance requirements, and evaluate escalations.
• Audit Preparation: gather and validate documents for internal/external audits.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
