Job summary

Summit Global Investments is seeking an experienced insurance operations leader to serve as the right hand to the Director of Insurance. You will own carrier appointments, manage licensing, and administer commissions while supporting advisors with life insurance and annuity placements.

This on-site role in Bountiful, Utah offers leadership growth as the firm expands. You will collaborate with carriers, advisors, compliance, and licensing teams, back up the Director, and drive improvements in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance operations experience.
• Life & Health license required.
• Experience with carrier contracting, appointments, licensing, and commissions.
• On-site in Bountiful, Utah five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own carrier appointments and contracting.
• Manage licensing, track licenses and CE so nothing lapses.
• Run and support insurance commissions; resolve discrepancies.
• Support advisors moving life insurance and annuity business from application to placement.
• Be the connection point between carriers, advisors, compliance, and licensing teams.
