Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience.
• Utah Property & Casualty License required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Professional designation (CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with agency management systems, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and coordinate commercial insurance team members.
• Oversee renewals, service activity, workloads, and deadlines.
• Manage a select portfolio of complex or strategic accounts.
• Support client retention, relationship growth, and service excellence.
• Convert business development goals into team action plans and enable Producers to focus on client relationships.
