Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations and drive performance across the brokerage. The role partners with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and scale capabilities in Commercial P&C.

You will mentor producers and operations teams, oversee M&A integration efforts, and promote best practices in agency operations, reporting, and technology adoption, including EPIC systems.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with divisional and regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Analyze staffing, workload distribution, and capacity planning.
• Support merger and acquisition integration initiatives.
• Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization.
• Measure performance with metrics and BI insights.
