Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior Insurance Operations experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of insurance and experience with internal customers.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting Support: Assist Underwriters with new business submissions and renewals. Cross-training opportunities exist.
• Customer Service Excellence: Process binders, issue policies, and handle midterm service requests within timeframes.
• Communication Management: Respond promptly to internal requests and broker inquiries.
• Proactive Collaboration: Work with underwriters and territories to support new/renewal clients.
• Product Knowledge Development: Learn Product Set and broker dynamics affecting workflows.
• Professional Development: Engage in Allied World Learning and Development programs.
