Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in insurance administration, claims coordination, or related real estate operations.
• Strong organizational and data-tracking abilities.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and senior management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized policy and claims records and documentation.
• Track policy expirations, renewals, and required follow-ups.
• Coordinate certificates of insurance with brokers and internal teams.
• Prepare internal status reports and dashboards on open items.
• Support loss-control activities and incident follow-ups.
• Assist with lender, tenant, and vendor insurance requirements.
