Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate with strong customer service experience and excellent organizational abilities. This role follows a hybrid schedule, working onsite in Durham, NC three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, solid organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will handle insurance policy administration, support renewals, and maintain client data while generating reports for operations decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related tasks.
• Maintain, organize, and update client information within the database.
• Compile reports and evaluate data to assist in operational decision-making.
