Mae Trongkamsataya’s team is an agency partner delivering personalized insurance services to families across Illinois and the surrounding region. The Office Manager will lead day-to-day operations, support the agent, and help build lifelong relationships with clients.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, licensing compliance, and a strong commitment to community outreach, with multilingual service in English, Spanish, Burmese, Thai, and Vietnamese.

Formación

• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance required.
• Experience in multi-line insurance agency operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily agency operations and supervise staff across Auto, Home, Life, and more.
• Maintain hours: Mon-Wed 9-6, Thu 9-6, Fri 9-5, weekends closed.
• Coordinate client scheduling, in-person and virtual, and handle billing/claims inquiries.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain licensing and product knowledge.
• Ensure licensing compliance and continuing education requirements.
• Support community outreach and local events.
