Job summary

Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company is seeking an experienced leader to drive the Pledge Insurance Network (PIN) recruitment and onboarding of independent agency partners in the U.S. You will manage the development of a robust pipeline, negotiate member agreements, and coordinate carrier relationships to ensure seamless market access.

The role requires eight or more years in insurance or related fields, plus experience in sales, business development, and working with independent agents.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in the insurance industry or equivalent.
• Experience with sales, business development, training or agency departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and expansion of PIN by identifying and securing independent agency partners.
• Develop, manage, and optimize a robust recruitment pipeline with tracking and reporting processes.
• Negotiate and manage member agreements, onboarding, and carrier partnerships.
• Oversee integration of agency books of business into the network and operational workflows.
• Develop multi-channel engagement strategies to attract and retain agencies.
• Provide strategic leadership and advisory support to member agencies for growth and performance.
