Job summary

Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company seeks a senior professional to lead the Pledge Insurance Network (PIN). You will drive recruitment of independent agency partners, oversee onboarding and market access, and coordinate with carriers to integrate agency books of business into the network.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in the insurance industry or equivalent education and experience.
• Associate degree in Risk Management and Insurance or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, or agency departments; CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and expansion of FMH’s PIN by targeting and securing independent agency partners.
• Manage a robust pipeline of prospective members with tracking and reporting processes.
• Negotiate and execute member agreements; onboard agencies and coordinate carrier appointments.
• Oversee integration of agency books into the network and establish operational workflows.
• Develop multi‑channel engagement to attract and retain agency relationships.
• Provide strategic leadership and advisory support to member agencies.
• Oversee PIN tools adoption, onboarding, and training; collaborate with Marketing on digital presence.
• Direct financial processes for the network, including contracts and payments.
• Develop and operate PIN programs and network offerings for member services.
