Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company (FMH) seeks a strategic leader to drive the Pledge Insurance Network (PIN). The role focuses on expanding independent agency partnerships, building a strong recruitment pipeline, and ensuring seamless onboarding and carrier coordination.
You will guide multi-channel engagement, provide advisory support to member agencies, and oversee tools adoption, digital presence, and financial processes in partnership with accounting.

Pledge Insurance Network (PIN), a Farmers Mutual Hail (FMH) company, is looking for an individual responsible for the development, delivery, and operations of the Pledge Insurance Network (PIN) including program development, delivery of services to member agencies, agency recruitment and onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with network members.
Experience: E ight or more years of experience in the insurance industry, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Education: Associate’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Skills: Experience working within sales, business development, training and/or agency department is necessary. Experience working within or closely with independent insurance agents/agencies is required. Strong understanding of how the insurance industry operates. Experience utilizing at least one CRM system is needed. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
