Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company seeks a senior leader to drive the Pledge Insurance Network (PIN) recruitment, onboarding, and partner management across independent agencies. You will shape the expansion strategy, oversee onboarding, and coordinate with carriers to ensure market access and ongoing success.

Responsibilities include building a robust recruitment pipeline, negotiating agreements, managing agency codes, and guiding digital presence and training initiatives for network members.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Associate's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Experience with sales, business development, training and/or agency departments.
• Experience working with independent insurance agents/agencies.
• Strong understanding of how the insurance industry operates.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic recruitment and expansion of FMH's PIN by securing independent agency partners.
• Develop and manage a robust recruitment pipeline with tracking and reporting.
• Negotiate and execute member agreements, onboarding, and market access.
• Oversee integration of agency books of business into the network.
• Develop multi-channel engagement strategies to attract, retain, and strengthen agency relationships.
• Provide strategic leadership and advisory support to member agencies.
• Oversee PIN’s digital presence and collaborate with marketing.
• Direct membership financial processes including payments and contract lifecycle management.
