Qualifications

• Experience managing matters from inception through trial, settlement, or appeal.
• Experience defending putative and certified class actions.
• Strong motion practice, discovery management, and litigation strategy experience.
• Ability to lead case strategy and supervise litigation teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to insurer clients with significant matter ownership.
