LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a prominent AmLaw/Vault 100 law firm in Denver, CO, in their search for a Litigation Associate to join a growing practice group. This role focuses on complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and class actions, with leadership responsibilities and cross-office collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of insurer defense experience, strong motion practice, and is licensed to practice in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience representing insurers in complex coverage disputes.
• Experience handling matters through trial, settlement, or appeal.
• Experience defending putative and certified class actions.
• Strong motion practice and discovery management.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

LHH is assisting an AmLaw/Vault 100 law firm in its search for a Litigation Associate to join its growing practice group in Denver, Colorado.

The Opportunity

• Represent regional and national insurers in complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, insurance-related class actions, and other high-exposure litigation matters
• Lead case strategy and manage matters from inception through trial, settlement, or appeal
• Handle coverage disputes and bad faith litigation
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, oversee discovery, and develop litigation strategy
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to insurer clients
• Supervise associates and litigation teams while collaborating with attorneys across offices and practice groups
• Performance- and hours-based bonus program
• Hybrid work environment

Ideal Background

• 6+ years of experience representing insurers in complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and insurance-related litigation
• Experience handling matters through trial, settlement, or appeal
• Experience defending putative and certified class actions
• Strong motion practice, discovery management, and case strategy experience
• Experience supervising associates and litigation teams
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
