LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a prominent AmLaw/Vault 100 law firm in Denver, CO, in their search for a Litigation Associate to join a growing practice group. This role focuses on complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and class actions, with leadership responsibilities and cross-office collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of insurer defense experience, strong motion practice, and is licensed to practice in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience representing insurers in complex coverage disputes.
• Experience handling matters through trial, settlement, or appeal.
• Experience defending putative and certified class actions.
• Strong motion practice and discovery management.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Responsabilités

• Lead case strategy from inception through trial, settlement, or appeal.
• Represent regional and national insurers in high-exposure matters.
• Draft dispositive motions and oversee discovery.
• Manage client relationships and supervise associates.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups.
