Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing matters from inception through trial, settlement, or appeal.

Overview

• The national insurance litigation practice advises regional and national insurers on complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation (with a preference for automobile insurance bad faith matters), insurance-related class actions, and other high-exposure litigation matters.
• The role involves assuming substantial responsibility including leading case strategy, managing client relationships, supervising litigation teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to insurer clients, with significant matter ownership.
• Candidates must have experience managing matters from inception through trial, settlement, or appeal, defending putative and certified class actions, and possess strong motion practice, discovery management, and litigation strategy experience.
• The practice continues to experience increased demand from existing carrier clients and offers the opportunity to collaborate with an established team of nationally recognized insurance litigators and class action defense attorneys.
