• Ability to manage multiple case projects and deadlines and to work independently.
• Strong academic credentials, superior research skills and excellent analytical skills.
• Judicial clerkship or externship a plus.

The Firm offers an opportunity for a litigation associate to support a dynamic insurance practice group with an emphasis on life, health and disability insurance as well as ERISA. The right candidate will have at least three years of hands‑on litigation experience and will possess strong analytical and writing skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in hands‑on litigation in a law firm setting;
• Experience in life, health and disability insurance as well as ERISA is preferred;
• Working knowledge of state and federal court practice and procedures;
