• 3+ years of hands-on litigation experience in a law firm.
• Experience in life, health and disability insurance and ERISA is preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Judicial clerkship or externship a plus.

• Support the ERISA insurance litigation team on active matters.
• Develop legal strategies and draft filings, memos and briefs.
• Manage multiple case deadlines and coordinate with clients.
