NORTHEAST RECRUITMENT SOLUTION is seeking a Litigation - Insurance Defense Non-Equity Partner to join our team in Concord. This full-time, on-site role offers an experienced attorney the chance to lead case strategy and mentor associates within a collaborative, results-focused practice.

You will manage complex insurance defense matters, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development while advancing professionally in a respected firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience as an Associate in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong civil litigation background including discovery, motion practice, and trial prep.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategy in coordination with clients and senior leadership.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in dispute resolution on behalf of clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel to manage case expectations.
• Review and analyze medical records, expert reports, and other case-related documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff on litigation matters.
• Maintain accurate and timely case files, billing records, and reporting.
• Stay current on developments in insurance law, litigation practice, and relevant regulations.
• Contribute to business development efforts and strengthen existing client relationships.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex insurance defense cases, represent clients in all phases of litigation, and play an integral part in building strong client relationships. We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $175,000 yearly, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and genuine opportunities for professional advancement. Requirements

• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom presentation skills
• Effective communication and client relationship management abilities
